In order to register for the Challenge, we need to confirm you have a valid email address. Please enter the required personal details below in order to create a NCSS Challenge account. Your phone number is used in case we need to contact you about your account.

Here at the NCSS Challenge we make a distinction between registration and enrolment. Registration simply provides you with an account which allows you to access any of the courses available on the NCSS Challenge website. Gaining access to a particular course requires enrolling in that course. Here you can enrol in currently available courses.

To enrol, you need to select from one of the following enrolment methods. The different methods govern how payment is to be made.

Step 2: Read Course Descriptions

Teacher Enrolments

As a teacher, you must enrol and pay for a single NCSS Challenge stream. You will be automatically enrolled in the other streams for free. All streams will show up on your invoice, but the others will be shown with zero cost.

Step 3: Enter Student Details

You can upload a CSV file of your students' and teachers' details. To do this, you should create an Excel document with five columns; first name, last name, email address, gender as either F or M, and status at school (year 5 through 12, or T for teacher). You can then include an optional sixth column, with the value beginners, intermediate, advanced or embedded, indicating which course they would like to be enrolled in. Do not include a row of field names in your spreadsheet.

Once this spreadsheet is populated, you should choose File – Save As – and select CSV (comma separated values) as the file type. This file should then be uploaded below.
